With the best will in the world, sometimes things just don’t go as they’re supposed to. Troubleshooting provides targeted support when situations fall outside standard packages.
Troubleshooting is for situations such as :
• A delayed or stalled application
• A refusal or request you don’t understand
• Conflicting information from different administrations
• Missing or incomplete files
• Unclear next steps after a problem has occurred
What troubleshooting support includes
• Reviewing your situation and documents
• Identifying possible administrative issues
• Explaining what the administration may be expecting
• Preparing follow-up steps or responses
• Guidance during a three-way administrative phone call or local accommodation (by agreement)
Troubleshooting focuses on clarity and next steps, not contesting decisions.
Minimum booking : 1 hour, additional time billed in 30 minute increments
Extra time agreed in advance
